I ordered a board and a set of pieces. The board arrived quickly, but no pieces. I messaged to see what had happened and was told the pieces were damaged/missing and the set would have to be remade. The verification of the set availability should have happened prior to the sale. And I should have been informed up front. Poor communication, product delay, poor service. Also the pieces although beautiful in appearance were not as heavy as advertised. A 50% refund, or store credit should have been offered. Overall a poor experience. I do not recommend this seller.
