A big yes. Even if the chess pieces are out of stock, you can back-order them. We'll start with the manufacturing as soon as possible to ensure that you get the timely delivery.
Usually, the process may take 3-4 weeks for such products to be restocked and shipped. However, you must check with our product support specialist for the exact timeline before ordering as some products need more time to manufacture than others.

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, return window on all our products. Buyer must contact us within 30 days of receipt for return instructions at sales@royalchessmall.com.
After the return is approved, the buyer must send the item back to our Amritsar warehouse.
After we properly inspect the item, we will issue a full refund for the item.

Yes. Our Expedited Shipping option (2–4 business days) is available year-round, including during festive and wedding seasons, so your gift arrives in time for the celebration. The ideal chess board size depends on the size of your chess pieces, particularly the king's base diameter. As a general guideline, the diameter of the King’s base should be 0.75-0.80% of the width of your board’s square for comfortable gameplay and proper proportions. If you are buying chess pieces from us, you will find recommended board options with each, making it easy to select the right combination.
Yes. Our chess products are covered with a 3-year warranty for chess pieces and 6-month warranty for chess boards, boxes, and travel chess sets. This covers cracking, warping, and other manufacturing defects.
Our products are crafted to meet high-quality standards and are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us with photos of the issue. We'll review your request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution in accordance with our return and replacement policy.
In case of buyer-initiated cancellation, buyers will be refunded with the Total amount if cancelled before the product has been shipped. However, if the cancellation request is received after the product has been shipping, the applicable logistics charges will be deducted.
