The *Alexandria Luxury Staunton Burnt Carving Chess Set* features exquisitely crafted chess pieces inspired by King Alexander the Great’s legendary Greek army. Each piece, from the regal king to the humble pawn, is majestically designed, with the knight standing out as a true showstopper, boasting a finely carved mane and an elegant, well-postured snout.
The dark side is artistically burnt using a fire gun to create a striking contrast with the light side. Detailed floral carvings adorn each piece, which is finished with a lacquer coating, lending a polished, glossy appearance. Triple weighted for optimal balance, this set embodies luxury and craftsmanship.

The carving on the knights is impressive, and the pieces have a nice, steady weight. Everything feels solid and well-made on the board, with the knights especially standing out and feeling premium in hand.
