Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, return window on all our products. Buyer must contact us within 30 days of receipt for return instructions at sales@royalchessmall.com
After the return is approved, the buyer must send the item back to our warehouse in UK (Harrow, HA29JS, London) for Easy returns.

After we properly inspect the item, we will issue a refund less the shipping costs of shipping the item originally to the customer.
