Borderless series of chess boards are amongst our latest lines of creation. The Board has a beautiful minimalist look. The design is contemporary and elegant.
The board is handcrafted by expert craftsmen using solid wood blocks of Ebony & Maple. Underside of the board has been covered with a matte finished veneered laminate. The board has been crafted on high density plyboard frame to increase the strength and durability of the board.
The boards pairs well with chess sets of king height 3.75" to 4".

Using this chess set from few weeks now. Mostly evening time, sometimes at home, sometimes in nearby park with friends. Board is solid, once you keep it on bench or table, it doesn’t move much.
Pieces are nicely balanced and don’t fall easily, even when playing outside. After game, all pieces go back inside the drawers, so no tension of losing anything. I’m using it normally, not handling very carefully, still it’s in good condition. Feels like a chess set made for playing, not just for show.
